To minimize disruption, we are planning to send out a “new mgmt.” letter to the tenants instead of a “new ownership” letter. Is there a downside to this approach? We also plan on keeping the name of the mobile park as is and placing it into our LLC as a dba. It appears to have a good reputation and is being checked out by title company for any liabilities and legal actions. Could there be any ramifications to this approach?
