I have 1031 proceeds and am looking for a seasoned operator to partner with. Need to acquire approx $2,500,000 property at 50% leverage. Looking for solid markets with seasoned operator with good track record to do a JV. I’m a very seasoned RE operator in the SFR space looking to get involved in the MH space. Clock is ticking so time is of the essence.

Me and a partner are looking at requiring a MHP in GA. Orginally they wanted 2.3M talked them down to 1,985,000. Guess the problem we are having is funding. Would this be something you would be interested?

Sounds like it could be a perfect fit for a 1031 timeline if you have the due diligence ready. Speed is everything in these situations, so having the price locked in is a huge advantage.
