Park model /tiny homes and financing

looking into bringing 14x40 max size (4) MHs - park model or tiny home to my small lots for a park in Central Indiana

  1. Which company has the most competitive models that fits to the size limitations ( I would like to have 2b/1bath models Ideally)

  2. if i do not use Cash program to bring these homes, what other financing/terms options did you all use?

  3. I heard legacy has a program similar to Cash by 21st mortgage but did not find any details on their website, does Legacy offer anything similar?

If i were you, I wold do a proof of concept first.
I would bring in an older unit, fix it up a bit to see if you can sell it.

A new PM will cost upwards of $60,000. I have seen them for $170K too.

Try bringing in something like this, fix it up and resell it.
