Does anyone have any information on good park management companies that manage parks in the midwest specifically Indiana and Ohio?

Hi Patrick,

I do not have first hand experience with either, but you may want to check out:

  • Gorial Realty (Samer Gorial)

  • Birch Realty (Bill Birch)

They focus on brokering parks primarily in those states and also have a park management business, I believe.
