Can someone comment on POH vs lot rents only when an absentee owner is involved. As a newbie, I want to stay away from POHs due to the capital needed, the renter mentality, maintenance involved. It seems to be successful, one would need to live onsite, or very close, or have an experienced on site manager.
Can someone with experience with POHs discuss their management strategy. I would think maintenance would be the biggest concern in this area.
