Does anyone in here have a dealers license for the state of PA?

We have one for IN and they make it pretty easy now for community owners to have a community license. But PA still treats us like a regular dealer. They require a zoned office unit of a certain size with a bathroom, among other items that make this difficult.

Would be super appreciative to connect with someone who went through the process.

I had the same question a year ago when this rule went into effect and the dealer who normally places homes in our park had to back out of a contract. I learned that manufactured home park owners can buy 4 homes per year (as memory serves), without having the zoned office unit, etc. We are small and this works for us. I reached out to MHE and bought my first home from them and had a very good
experience.
