Ownership entity for park owned homes

We recently purchased 4 homes for one of our parks using funds from the LLC that owns the park. This LLC has several owners. We also have a management company, separate LLC, that manages the park and another third LLC we formed to own any homes purchased for any of the parks we own.

Should the LLC that owns the underlying park, and from which the funds were taken to purchase the homes, own the actual homes? Or should an independent entity with a different ownership own the homes and have an agreement with the LLC that owns the park?

We are a bit lost on what to do. Any feedback would be appreciated.
