Investor in Houston area. Standard tdhca installment contract house in park. Buyer is up to date with park but 3 months late with me. Have already sent 30 day notice on 1/16.
What legal action should I take now to get writ of possession? Can’t go through eviction process for “rental” because have sold manufactured home in installments.
