• Our company is seeking an ON-SITE MOBILE HOME PARK MANAGER needed to provide on-site management (approx. 130 spaces) in South Sioux City, NE.
• Candidate must also have at least two-years of prior management experience with apartments or mobile home parks, have general computer skills, excellent organization and customer service skills, lite landscaping and be able to understand basic maintenance issues and complete minor maintenance/repairs quickly in areas not requiring specialized knowledge or tools. Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Competitive compensation package and includes a 2 bedroom unit.
