Ohio repo process

For you park owners and delalers in Ohio that do sales and hold liens, do you have to go to court to repo a home? I’m trying to decide whether to change to sale contracts and hold the lien or continue with lease/option contracts. What is the approximate cost and timeframe to go through the repo process? The Vanderbilt rep told me they have to conduct an auction when they repo a home, but it is not clear when reviewing ORC 1309 what the specific steps are.
