Has anyone tried to offer internet service to residents of their park? I have one verbal quote that makes the cost to install about $10K to own the equipment. No idea yet if that is high or low. You still have to have a business high speed internet service. I may have to go with satellite. If you charge only $20 mo and can get 30 people (out of 80) to do it, it’s only a 3 year payback.
Not looking at it so much as a money maker, but maybe a way to get more people on line so they have additional opportunity to use internet banking to pay rent and email to send invoices. Many residents seem to want to use the internet, but don’t want to pay $45+ a month.
