Hi Marci- the park is actually approx. 9.5 acres with 88 lots. It’s all city water and sewer. 17 spaces occupied. It’s inside the Baton Rouge city limits. the 17 are paying $250 currently but market rents are anywhere from $375 mo to $450 a month.
