There is a small, mixed use, property that interests me and I talked to the realtor. Little old lady seller who no longer wants to run the business. Realtor insists she will not carry any financing and no lender will ever loan on this. I told the realtor without financing I wasn’t interested. The market for such a property is limited and I doubt anyone would pay all cash for this.
What should I do now?
