Any chance of putting a note calculator on this site ? Creonline used to have one on it’s mobile home park forum and have taken it down. I asked why and received deafening silence. ( Yes, I own a financial calculator but am not confident with it.)
That’s a great point having a built-in digital note calculator right here on the site would be so much easier than trying to wrestle with a physical financial calculator. Since Creonline took theirs down, it leaves a real gap for people trying to run quick numbers on mobile home park notes and financing. Hopefully, the site admins can add a user-friendly digital tool soon.
