New Water Line Size Question

I am looking to repipe my 37 lot park and am hoping to get some guidance on pipe sizes from others who have done this. I just want to make sure the contractors I’m getting the quotes from are quoting the correct size pipe. For a park of this size, does it make sense to have a 2" main with 3/4" supply lines to each lot, or is this way off in any way? Thanks in advance for any guidance you can provide.

I would be spending a little money on an engineer to make sure things are done right. Just me personally, I know there are things I don’t know!

A 2" line for 37 units with 3/4 risers should be adequate.
