When you bring a new home onto your property what has been your experience with the average cost to hook the home to the water and sewer connections?
Can vary from $500 to $2000. Usually before a home is brought, we video the line and repair if needed. That may cost $500 but it is much easier to repair before the home is in the way.
I agree with mPark, it varies a lot depending on where the lines have to be brought in from. Also your permitting and municipality may have added fees that have to be factored in. For sure its cheaper before the house drops. I have had it done both ways, and no one wants to be the guy with the shovel under the house, it will cost you.
I am at ~$1200 which includes water, sewer, gas, and heat tape on the water line.
From my experience
$800-$1200 electrical(assuming nothing needed)
