I’m new to the industry. Based out of San Antonio Tx. I wanted to know what are the requirements for selling homes, as far as what license are needed cause I want to be legit and not run under the radar. I have been doing research on Texas LAWD as far as selling mobile homes with the understanding that you can’t sell more that 2 within a year. Thanks in advance for the advice
@Ward527 My best advice is to hire a local Real Estate attorney and let him guide you to keep you safe. I can as most people on here give you advice from their own states. It will be money well spent. Good question! Also you can have that attorney do your closings for you as well.
Do as PG says if you want to be legit. Use a lawyer that can steer you or find a reliable experienced person in your area that can mentor you. Always keep in mind that “trust” should not be a part of your business plan. Seek reliable experienced team members, do not rely on the internet.
