Hello, I recently took ownship of a park. While updating lease agreements I have a tenant who had moved out of a TOH. Long story short he now has has his brother staying at the home and intends to move him in. I have not approved his brother to live there and do not currently have a signed agreement with the current owner who is moving. Meeting the home owner tomorrow any suggestions?
You’ll know whether you want to keep them around or not. If you do, run the background / credit check and make sure they’re approved. If you don’t, let them know they are not an approved occupant, must move out, etc.
