My name is Cindy and I am new to MHP investing. I have done some single family rehabbing but I like the concept of the MHP investing.
Currently I’m waiting for my latest project to sell to free up some cash.
Is it better to start investing in MHPs close to home or does it matter?
Right now I’m educating myself so I won’t make any huge mistakes.
The main things I feel clueless about is how to find a good deal, how to recognize a good deal, the due diligence process,
How to draw a contract for sending out to MHP owners. etc.
I think I will learn alot of this in the ebooks that I purchased except maybe the due diligence. The courses are more expensive so
I haven’t taken that leap yet.
Any tips or pointers for a newbie?
