I am new to the Mobile Home University forum and wanted to introduce myself. I’ve recently started exploring mobile home investing and am really interested in learning more about deals, financing options, park relationships and long term strategies.
I’m here to learn from those with experience and to better understand both the opportunities and challenges in this space. If anyone has advice on getting started, common mistakes to avoid, or resources you found helpful, I’d really appreciate it.
