New Electrical Problem

Hi All,

We have a 2 star park that is 70 spaces with 45 occupied. We have had yearly fire inspections with all small issues to address until this year. The fire inspector, like all the rest, looked at our electrical panel. He then opted to bring out the City inspector who decided the main panel was antiquated and beyond repair and within a day said we needed to replace the entire electrical system within the next 6 months. We have a nearby park that is closing and looking to move in about 19 homes… all on hold now. We do not have the reserves to fund the new electrical system and in today’s lending market are not optimistic to secure them via a LOC. We are looking for help or ideas…
