I am a new to MH investing and am located in the Phoenix metro area. I have read DOW and Making Money with Mobile Homes by Lonnie Scruggs - both are excellent reads. They both offer a potential blueprint for financial independence.
I would be very interested in talking with other investors in Arizona who have had success in doing “Lonnie Deals” as I have some questions about the market in the Phoenix area and legal requirements in being a dealer in Arizona.
