I recently underwrote and listed a MHP park in Northern Nevada and had it in contract within 3 days of hitting the market. As a result, I have a large list of several Buyers looking to acquire additional parks in the state.
It’s clear to me that most Sellers are dealing directly with Buyers that are often times wholesalers.
