That’s a reasonable price, I pay about 7 per hour before. My other guy could do between 5 to 7 records per hour.

Are they sourcing this from Costar, Reonomy, Propstream?

@MFONk How much research were they getting to do 5-7 per hour? Just curious.

I am currently using Reonomy and I have found the info to be extremely hit or miss when it comes to ownership and correct numbers.

I used the list I found on MHU and had it researched to find the owners as of now. Then I created a letter that notes Fonk Famliy Buys Mobile Home Parks with a photo of me and my family. Its a lot of work but I try to personalize it as much as possible with a hook. Im currently shoping in FL around Tampa and Wisconsin, where I still visit my family.

As for the info to be hit and miss thats typical. Make the calls, emails and mailers. Hunting takes skill, practice and overall consistency. The bad onese you can set aside and review them to see if the park still exist and then do the owner track down yourself or send it back to them.
