Me and my wife started renting out our personal 36ft 5th wheel a few months back to supplement our income. We did not realize that there was such a demand for this type of rental. We invested in another travel trailer and we turned this into a family owned and operated business. What we do is deliver our trailers to where the customer wants them and along the way we noticed that every RV park we passed was full and now we want to go to the next level of owning and operating a park. We would like to purchase either a existing RV park or a MHP and add some RV rental spots. The only issue would be down payments and assistance to actually get this going. Can someone point us in the right direction or know of a investor that would be interested in helping us start our business?
