I have a very stupid question and I am hoping that someone can give me some usable advise I just purchased you could be considered a 3 lot part that has 1 MH on it the gentleman has no lease with me or the preveous owners I offered him the option to stay however he refused to pay lot rent or move so I filed eviction papers however it was thrownout saying there was no lanlord/tenent relationship. basicly my question is this since the eviction case has been thrown out could I technicly tell him to leave and have him charged with tresspassing?
