Municipal Attorney Needed in GA and TX

Recently acquired a 23 pad park in Grovetown GA (near Augusta GA, Columbia county) and is currently under contract for another 43 pad in Pinehurst TX (Montgomery county, near Houston)

Both parks are grandfathered legal nonconforming.

For GA park, city is misinterpreting state law and stating any homes removed must be replaced within a year or the lot becomes unusable, which is mistakenly using GA code 36-66-7 c(2) and applying it to individual lots instead of the park as a whole and trying to eliminate nonconforming use without remedy to owner.

For TX park, there’s no city but it’s on septic and well and the county is not allowing replacement septic / new homes unless the septic issue resolves.
