I am in the process of buying a 90 space mobile home park in Idaho. Would it benefit me tax wise to start 3 different LLC companies? I would be using the existing LLC. and am thinking of starting a “Property Management LLC.” and a “Maintenance Company LLC.”. These would be used as a way to gain the most tax advantages as possible. The owners for now will be the majority partner in the main LLC. and will be receiving a large monthly payment. I am trying to be able to make the large monthly payment with both parties paying as little taxes as possible. Legally of course… I am more worried about the taxes being paid by the recieving party. If I can’t find ways to lower the amount of taxes they might have to pay the deal would be off.
