I am a partner in a MHP in Michigan City, Indiana. 78 lots on 18 acres. 90% occupied with a current Cap Rate of 8.3% and Debt to Coverage ratio of roughly 1.25. So the park should be very marketable, but I would prefer not to use a broker. Any ideas?
I would list your MH Park on www.mobilehomeparkstore.com as a FSBO.
