I don’t quite understand what you are asking. Are you asking if banks will lend on mobile home parks without park-owned homes? The answer is clearly ‘yes.’ Your best bet will likely be smaller regional banks.

yes, that was my question and you are answered right.i was thinking Bank will not financed on land only.
Banks do not want to loan on homes. They want to lend on the park only
