Our mobile home park is at the current time exclusively made up of single wide units. Due to circumstances beyond our control ( the great flood ) we may have to reconfigure portions of our park. Does it make more sense to put in more doublewides? Do you generally obtain a better clientel because of the increased costs? Also is the monthly lot rent higher for the doublewides and proportionately how much? Thanks for listening.
