As we are closing on this park, I turn to you as I know you always guide us in the right direction.
We are buying this park with seller financing and closing tomorrow. Now seller is concerned about turning over the mobile home titles and wants verbiage in bill of sale to ensure that we are “not walking off in the middle of the night” with his mobile homes, etc.
We want to make sure that whatever we instruct our lawyer to write does not restrict us in selling of the homes, replacing with newer and better models, etc.
What type of verbiage have you used to satisfy both seller and buyer?
