Since Lonnie said not to use NADA, how can we come up with a resale value before we purchase a mobile home? I’ve seen a fair number of mobile homes, but I’m really struggling to determine what one will sell for. How do you guys determine the value?
Determine monthly payment price points for your area as Lonnie describes, amortize the length of loan that you are comfortable with, work the deal backwards to determine amt to finance, add 20% for the D/P, and you should have your price.
