I have a mid size park 30 miles north of Indy metro and am looking for reliable rehabbers. If you know of any mobile home rehabbers in the area I would greatly appreciate the referrals.
Yikes we have retrained rehab specialist to handle MH’s. If you plan to keep them and rent them consider/price doing more than you think you should. Then if price to do it correctly, including plumbing, LED lighting(to reduce amps being pulled through old wiring) subfloor, roofs… will be more than the resale value, you better be sure the rehabbed rents can justify the spend. We’ve done 30+ renos in last few years. Start with envelope from top down -roofing all the way down to foundation. Roofing is likely one of your most expensive, but most important fixes/replacement. Bad roof = bad walls = bad floors. Recall you can buy new for $50 sq ft.before setting and hook ups. If you spend anywhere beyond $35sqft to rehab, you better have a reason…
