We are in the process of considering a park sale. We thought we had a buyer from the forum, but as we know deal terms change. Anyway, I have a few realtors in mind and wanted to get feedback of other park owners of solid realtors. We have a park with large upscale and infill potential in a very large metro. Our goal is to get a fair price, but to eliminate dealing with “window shoppers” with solid financials. Any suggestions for Ohio would. be appreciated.
