I have enjoyed reading the monthly newsletter along with the “parks for sale” section. Initially, I assumed the featured listings were essentially recommendations screened by Frank and Dave. However, after several months, I’m not so sure. What is the criteria used in selecting these listings? Are they considered the cream of the crop or just a random sampling of what the market is currently offering?
