Newport Pacific is a great firm. While I do not use them, they are one of, if not the biggest, MHP management firm in the State.
When I decide to retire, I will turn over my portfolio to them for management.
Additionally, once you are their client, you will receive first access to any park they currently manage that comes on the market.
