What are the best resources for Mobile Home Park data?
I’ve got a couple hundred VAs on my direct to seller team (SFH, Industrial, Retail, MF assets) and looking to do some cold calling for MHPs.
Any good resources or is it best to build an in-house data scraper?

MHP data is still pretty fragmented, so most teams end up pulling from multiple sources.
For cold calling, county assessor records and state MH or health department lists are still the foundation, then I usually validate with Google Maps and utility ownership. I’ve been using MyHomesMobile as a starting point since it centralizes mobile home parks, lets you view active listings, and provides park-level analytics, which really helps prioritize outreach before handing lists to VAs.
It’s a great application, and honestly, I wish more professionals in the space knew about it.
I should also mention they have a newsletter you can subscribe to, which covers market health, key indicators, and highlights new for-sale opportunities.
