Mobile home extensions

Mobile home park in Ohio. A few residents have expanded or purchased homes that have been extended prior to us buying the park. We are in the process of bringing in new homes. Lots are small and these enclosed decks or rooms with impact side setbacks. How is this normally handled? Will our new homes not pass inspection? emphasized text

Are the current expanded homes owned by tenants?
Inspections process can painful if your not ready for how the inspectors.operate in the county/city of the park. Last time when we added sites in AL the inspector only looked at the actual houses in the application and did not mention any of the homes that had obvious additions. Overall it is always best to ask other parks if they have experience with this. Also contact a local contractor and home installer for insider info on the the procedures and gotchas.
