As a park owner, when someone is renting the mobile home space, but they own the mobile home and have a loan on it, what are the rights of the MHP owner as far as eviction?
If the tenant stops paying rent on the space, can the MHP owner serve notice and have the unit moved?
If the owner places a lien against the mobile home, does the park lien take priority over the finance company lien?
Who pays to have the unit moved?
Can the MHP owner force the financing company to pay the space rent?
Can the cost of the removal be recovered by the MHP owner?
