We recently had a home that needed to be cleaned in order to sell it. Does anyone else pay their manager an extra bonus to clean a mobile home in the event of abandonment? If so, how much? Or is it possible to make that part of their job?
I have a largely lower-income Hispanic park, and I can always find someone who wants to clean for $10/hour. Have someone to supervise, though, and sign-off on the job before paying.
We typically pay $50/house plus dump fees.
