MHPs...Alabama...'Proposed' Law...Require MHP...Install Storm Shelters

I was just curious if anyone has heard any updated information on Alabama’s ‘Proposed’ Law that would:"Require owners of mobile home parks with 25 spaces or more to install storm shelters for their tenants."The above information is from an article dated May 7, 2013.The full article is on:http://www.waff.com/story/21924842/proposed-bill-would-require-storm-shelters-at-mobile-home-parksI understand that Frank is not keen on MHPs in Alabama in general. However, I was just curious if this has actually become law.I could not find any updated information.I did run across FEMA’s website which discussed ‘Grants’ to provide ‘Residential Safe Rooms’.Using the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) a total of 568 shelters have been constructed in Alabama as of December 31, 2003 (559 are individual shelters  /  9 are community shelters). The website link is:http://www.fema.gov/safe-rooms/residential-safe-room-initiativesThanks for your input!
