I have owned a small MH Park for several years and am currently wanting to purchase another one. I have considered JV or LP positions but I have not done one yet so would be interested in having a conversation with you about this.
I currently have a 1031X in progress and a park local to me that has some potential and the owner is waiting on me to accept or decline his price. It’s a 22 pad but from my understanding, I’m still looking into this park, there appears to be the ability to add multiple new pads.
