MHP Lenders

I am looking to 10-31 100,000 into a MHP. The MHP needs to be 600,000 or above. Does anyone know a good lender who can make this happen. I called a couple different lenders but the rates were extremely high 9 to 10 percent.

Lots of programs available…need more info. You can use the income only as qualifying criteria or your personal credit and your debt to income ratio to qualify.
