MHP lender for park in Texas

Does anyone have a recommendation for a bank or lender who understands mobile home parks in Texas? We have a recently stabilized park in a ~20,000 population town with 100+ sites that needs refinancing at 54-67% LTV. Local banks and other regional banks we have spoke to do not understand mobile home parks.
