Does anyone have a recent article or white paper on the benefits of MHP investing? I am looking for something to put together for an investment presentation to banks and am looking for stuff like low default rates vs other asset classes, need for affordable housing, etc. Basically, something that it documented.

Not to be crass, but honestly, if you have to sell the bank on the merits, you might consider looking for another bank that already understands the business— there are plenty out there.
That said, there are numerous funds out there with investor presentations that all have kind of the same high level information…
