Anyone have investment in MHP Fund? I invested good bit, class A shares. Terrible returns and having to sit by with all this litigation between Frand/Dave and Smiths. Smiths now say Frank/Dave gone, very flippant. I only signed up due to Frank and Dave being involved, and they sold me on that in the beginning. I don’t want involved with Smiths at all. Want out. Anyone get out yet or filing a lawsuit for your investment return?
I have heard that MHP Funds and the Smiths are being investigated by SEC for investor fraud and running the funds dry through fake charges/fees and related party transactions. Nothing may come out of that investigation though because of the complexity and the maze created with all the entities. Giving credit where its due - they are grifters of the highest order that come once in a generation and may walk into the sunset scot-free.
Following. I never wanted to be stuck with the Smiths either. Not sure what I can do to get free of them.

I’ve asked for a refund - no response. I believe the SEC is investigating. On Social Media I’ve been contacted by other victims. Please DM me if you are also suffering theft from Ryan Smith.

Finally, after posting about them on Social Media and filing a complaint with the SEC, Smith agreed to buy me out.
