We are in the process of constructing a NEW 90-100 space MHP and are looking for construction financing.
Does anyone have a lender that they have worked with or know of that does this type of construction financing.
The project is in California and will require between $1.5 - 1.8 million.

I believe GE Capital has a program for park construction. I don’t have a contact name and number, but they will be speaking at Mobile Home Millions in San Diego in a few weeks.

Can you share what was the outcome of this project? I hear all the time that you shouldn’t build a new park but I hardly hear any feedback from those that have been brave enough to build one. Any thoughts?
