Jon and his buyers have never put in EMD and have ghosted us. I’d be weary to go with him as he does not follow through on what he says and gives the run around.
Don’t forget to mention you have no documentation for due diligence… I told you that was a problem… totally classless.. Its a shame that you would post this… I could have done that to you for no documentation and you expected someone to buy a property under those circumnutates but I didn’t.

Most of the MHP brokers are not focused on a regional market. They focus on the asset class broadly and deal nationally. The national brokers represent most of the deals that are represented.
