We always insist anyone who buys a mobile home in our community go through our background check. We of course also make certain their residents do as well if they are a Lonnie Dealer and are renting the home to someone else. We get both of them to sign the lease - that way we can go after 2 people if they don’t pay the rent.Good luck,-jl-
